Report Service Delivery Failures

Over the period from May 2022 to December 2023, Let’s Change Ba-Phalaborwa diligently documented every incident reported by the community through our WhatsApp Extension groups.

This meticulous record-keeping aimed to compile comprehensive statistics showcasing the severity of the challenges faced by Ba-Phalaborwa residents.

Municipal service delivery incidents encompass a wide range of issues, including but not limited to water leaks, sewage spillages, damaged fire hydrants, manhole or stormwater drain problems, malfunctioning streetlights, illegal dumping, issues related to landfill sites, property damage due to water or sewage leaks, as well as road damage and potholes.

Now, with the process streamlined and automated, we urge the community to continue their invaluable support by reporting all such incidents via the provided link.

Your contributions are essential in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our data, which in turn empowers LCBP to advocate more effectively when engaging with government entities such as the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS), NERSA, and others in our ongoing pursuit of positive change for Ba-Phalaborwa.
