Let’s Change Ba-Phalaborwa (LCBP) is a non-profit, non-political, community-based and volunteer organisation, officially registered as an NPC (2022/780255/08). We aspire to be the driving force behind positive change, empowering individuals and fostering a sense of unity, pride, and progress in our community.
We are leveraging our rights, as enshrined in the Constitution, to drive this change through engagement with DWS, DFFE, OUTA, Lepelle, MDM, BPM, SAHRC, Public Protector, COGHSTA, Provincial Premier, Afriforum SA, and any other organisation deemed necessary to improve municipal service delivery, governance, and development to ensure a future that is both sustainable for, and beneficial to, the community of Ba-Phalaborwa.
Our initial efforts are focused on implementing these initiatives in Phalaborwa Town (Wards 11 and 12), with plans to extend these efforts to encompass the broader Ba-Phalaborwa municipal area (17 Wards), to this end we have already held several meetings with both the Community Forums (BCF – Ba-Phalaborwa Community Forum and BCCM – Ba-Phalaborwa Concerned Community Members).
